I like to try different things from time to time, and I had found a brownie recipe that called for sweet potato puree. I didn't have that, but I shredded some carrots real fine and used them. The brownies were delicious! They had some extra health in them and who knew unless I told them!!! Good luck with school! Those brownies sure do look yummy!
