I finally made these last night- I couldn’t wait any longer! They came out perfect and are so delicious! I have to give them away before I eat the whole batch! I look forward to trying more of your recipes!

I found your blog this morning and I LOVE it! (and you are so young!) I love baking as well, and could do it all day long if I only had an oven in my office! I enjoy baking for friends and family and they like it too! Keep up the good work, and good luck with school!

I made these this weekend, its been so long since I’ve made peanut butter cookies., They were spectacular. I also took some to my in laws and the plate we took disappeared in a heartbeat. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks! I actually live in Tsawwassen, so very close to the ferry terminals. I maybe going to Uvic in Jan! so i might be even closer haha. Need to bring over all my baking things!!

Memoria – Thanks! Yea I saw the baked ones, but i wasn’t sure about the spices they added?? I like mine just plane peanut butter and i added some vanilla to add a little flavor. I did like the idea of rolling them in sugar. their sort of like the chocolate cookies i made for christmas! i think any cookie rolled in more sugar is gooood hahaha. How do you flash freeze em?? do you need a special machine? That’d be interesting.
